1. Never allowed
Generating, requesting, or distributing any of the following is prohibited without exception:
- Sexual content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor, whether real, synthetic, or stylized. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and cooperate with law enforcement.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of any real, identifiable person, including sexualized deepfakes and “nudified” edits of real photos.
- Fraud instruments: fake identity documents, payment cards, financial records, certificates, or fabricated evidence.
- Credible threats of violence, content facilitating violent wrongdoing, or the celebration of real-world abuse.
- Malware, attempts to compromise our infrastructure or model providers, or circumvention of rate limits, moderation, safety systems, or authentication.
2. Deceptive media and impersonation
Do not generate media of a real, identifiable person without their consent when the result could deceive, harass, defraud, or damage that person — including synthetic depictions presented as authentic footage or photos, fabricated statements or endorsements, and election-related deepfakes. Clearly fictional, satirical, or consented depictions are permitted, but you are responsible for right-of-publicity, defamation, and disclosure laws that apply to your use.
3. Restricted uses
Political, medical, financial, employment, housing, and legal content may require disclosure or human review, and may be unavailable through particular model providers. Advertising users must substantiate claims and obtain required rights to people, products, and brands. Some models carry additional upstream restrictions from the cloud provider that runs them.
4. Automated and agent use
Using Studio through personal API keys, the MCP server, or the CLI — including agents in Cursor, Claude, Hermes, and similar tools — is allowed within this policy and published rate limits. The account holder is responsible for every request an agent makes with their key. You may not use automation to mass-generate prohibited content, probe or overwhelm infrastructure, scrape other users’ media, evade moderation, farm credits (for example by deliberately failing jobs or gaming referrals), or share, sell, or pool credentials.
4A. Marketplace listings
Do not list a 3D model you lack the right to sell, misrepresent generated provenance or included files, publish malware or executable payloads, copy another seller’s model, use deceptive previews, manipulate reviews or purchases, or move marketplace transactions off-platform to evade safety, licensing, or fee controls. Listings remain subject to human review and valid intellectual-property or safety complaints.
5. Enforcement
Prompts may be screened before dispatch and providers apply additional safety systems. Depending on severity, we may block individual requests, revoke API keys, remove content, reverse or forfeit credits, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records needed for an investigation, and report to law enforcement where required. Credit and refund consequences of enforcement are described in the Terms of Service.
6. Reporting and appeals
To report abusive content or request removal of intimate imagery depicting you, email support@offlinecreatorstudio.com. Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery are prioritized and valid requests are actioned within 48 hours. If your account was actioned and you believe we got it wrong, reply to the enforcement notice or email support within 30 days; a person will review the decision.
7. LocalForge distinction
LocalForge runs on user-controlled hardware and has a different technical enforcement model. You remain responsible for lawful and consensual use of every OfflineCreator product.
