1. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@offlinecreatorstudio.com from your account email. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your plan, its credits, and access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate partial periods. Your remaining top-up credits stay available as long as your account is open, even without a subscription.
2. Subscription refunds
- First purchase, unused:if you purchased a plan for the first time and have not used any of that purchase’s credits, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge.
- Renewals and used periods: renewal charges and periods in which credits were used are non-refundable, except for billing errors or where required by law.
- Annual plans: the same 14-day unused-purchase window applies to the initial annual charge.
3. Credit top-ups
A top-up pack is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Once any credits from a pack are spent, the pack is non-refundable. Top-up credits never expire while your account remains open.
4. Failed generations
Credits are reserved when a generation starts. If the job fails, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically — no request needed. If you believe a completed generation was defective due to a technical fault on our side, contact support within 7 days and we will review it.
5. Billing errors and duplicates
Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and charges after a confirmed cancellation are always refunded in full. Contact support@offlinecreatorstudio.com with the charge date and amount; we typically resolve billing errors within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved faster through support. If a charge is disputed, we may pause the account and provide the payment processor with records of the purchase and usage while the dispute is reviewed.
7. Taxes and your legal rights
Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state. This policy is part of the Terms of Service; credit mechanics are described there in detail.
