Private by default
Media storage is private by default and not publicly listable. Only generations you explicitly publish to the Community gallery are publicly readable, and unpublishing removes that access. Prompts, source media, and outputs stay behind your account unless you choose to publish.

Not used for training or advertising
Studio does not sell or share personal information for advertising, does not use private generation content for advertising, and does not use prompts, source media, or outputs to train AI models. Your media is stored privately; Studio does not publish it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Studio cloud and LocalForge stay separate
This policy covers OfflineCreator Studio at offlinecreatorstudio.com, including the web app, public API, MCP server, and CLI. It does not cover LocalForge AI. Studio sends generation inputs to the disclosed cloud provider for the model you choose. LocalForge is the separate on-device option when work cannot leave your machine.

A quote before credits move
Studio shows the exact model and option-aware credit quote before it reserves credits or starts a generation. Every plan starts billed at checkout. There is no free trial on Starter, Creator, Pro, or any other plan. If a generation fails, reserved credits are returned automatically.

Marketplace create-to-sell terms
Eligible creators may submit completed 3D outputs made in Studio for review as paid marketplace listings. Submission does not guarantee approval or continued publication. OfflineCreator retains 10% of the listing subtotal. Stripe processing fees are deducted separately from seller proceeds. Eligible proceeds are held for 30 days after purchase before transfer to the seller’s connected account. This is not a promise of inventory, demand, or earnings.
